Comments must be well written and really thought out. Blog posts are really meant for discussion among other bloggers or even anyone else who is interested in your topic. Let me give you an exampleon how comments can actually turn your original post into a great marketing post.
You may decide to write a post regarding, many tips for marketing your blog or web site. Well we know there are thousands of ways to market a web site. You mat have only touched on a little part of marketing a web site. Well, having the capability of people commenting on your post can help reinforce your topic and, add additional tips to your post. The point of a blog is to create traffic which creates an audience.
Four tips to writing a good comment
* Always read the whole post before commenting. If you do not, then you may comment incorrectly which can ruin your image.
* Read all comments before writing yours. This can give you an opportunity to reply not only to the post but to other people's comments.
* Do not be afraid to comment that may cause a conflict. Just make sure you present it very well. Always comment in an orderly fashion. Remember! being irate does not make friends.
* If you are going to link your site make sure you are linking relevant content. You do not want to be labeled as a spammer.
Most people either do not know how to comment or, maybe just the topic does not qualify it for a comment. But do not ever be afraid to comment on something that you would like to add value to.

ReplyDeleteThanks for your tips. I have also been doing some commenting lately. I got rewarded by having a link back to my blog. It may or may not be something that is related to the blog post. The title of my blog will give others an idea is they like to read it or not.
For example, in my recent blog series "Avoiding F.A.I.L.U.R", less seasoned network marketers will find my posts helpful. It can also be of great help to those internet marketers who do not necessary have much experience in the real world.

That's great Viola, its about receiving and giving links. But keeping in mind that the Blogger may or may not consider it spam if its not related to the post. But as a person starts Blogging for a while and comments on posts that are not topic related can and will be labeled as a spammer. People work hard to write there content and want information to support the topic so people learn from everyone. The last thing u want in the Blogsphere world is a spammer. What means the most and contributes the most value is when you share how what someone posted will help you in your own business! Share what you got from it and how it helps you. Then it benefits both you and others.
