When linking your pages within your site, make sure to always use the full URL.
Example: Use- http://blogoftimv.blogspot.com/p/healthy-snacks-guaranteed.html
Not: /p/blogoftimv-snacks-guaranteed.html
People will always steal your content. So, if you link your pages using a full url, this will give you juice (not much) by them linking back to your site.
This is just a trick you can use to gain control of the people stealing your content.
