At this point I have talked about what are link votes, creating link worthy content and links that don't have much juice. Today I will talk about, how to make it easy for people wanting to link to your site.
3 key factors in encouraging people wanting to link to your page.
* Make the URL's easy and short.
People would rather link to an address that is easy to remember than, something that is full of numbers and symbols.
* Make it easy for people to bookmark your site.
* When people land on your site, make it easy for people to forward your link. Such as email, facebook, twitter etc.
If you use these three key factors when creating a page, you should see better results in more traffic to your site.
Tim hits some good point here, especially about making it easy to share your page. A website without an easy way to share to Facebook, twitter and other places is a waste of time. Check out Tim's wibiya bar at the bottom of the page. This is a good example of making it easy to share your content.
