What are link votes?
Link votes to a search engine are, the amount of votes a page on the internet can hand out to other pages through links. If the SEO strength of the site is good then, the page will get more votes.
Keeping in mind, that not every vote is good. It depends solely on the web site that is linking to your site.
It is said to be true, that getting links over a long period of time is better than getting links in an overnight period.
For example: If you were to get 5000 links in one night compared to 10 links in 500 days. Your site is said to be more powerful when it comes to SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
So remember every link counts as a vote. Each vote that a page gets is measured by the content of relevance.
Not saying, that a lot of links are badly because, that is not true. You want a lot of links. But remember that its the quality of the links.
